Mr. Jianping Huang is the founder of China's No.2 Power Tool Brand - Dartek, now serves as CEO.

He is responsible for  the company's overall development strategy planning, promote the company's business development, promote the influence of Dartek in the world.

Mr. Huang has been deeply engaged in the tool industry for more than 20 years, has rich experience in tool research and development, business development, sales system construction and team management.

Mr. Jianhui Huang is the cofounder of China's No.2 Power Tool Brand - Dartek, now serves as VP of Supply Chain.

He is responsible for the company's formulation of strategic planning, and implement the supply chain according to the plan, continuously optimize the supply chain system.

Mr. Huang has more than 20 years of supply chain management experience, proficient in procurement principles, cost control and planning management, with excellent negotiation skills.

Mrs. Yuhong Ni is the cofounder of China's No.2 Power Tool Brand - Dartek, now serves as VP.

She is responsible for the company's daily operation and management, operation supervision, establishment of company management system.

Mrs. Ni has more than 10 years of company management experience, especially for company's financial and system.

Mr. Xianghua Shi serves as COO of the company. 

He is responsible for the establish and implement of the production management system, inspection of the production quality, ensure high efficiency operation. He is also responsible for the establish and training of the production team, and the daily management, ensure the improvement of the team overall ability, lead the team to track and monitor the implementation of the company's strategy and business objectives, analyze and find problems in the production process, and make out solutions to improve the strategic planning.

Mr. Xianghua Shi is graduated from the machinical major, has more than 20 years of experience of tools industry, has his own unique opinions on lean manufacturing, quality control and equipment planning.

Mr. Lucas Zhihua Wang serves as CFO of the company, he is responsible for corporate financial strategy, risk management compliance and finance management.

Previously, Mr. Wang served as the finance manager at the headquarter of Yutong group, the largest bus company in China. He also held finance management positions in several multinational companies such as Bosch and Whirlpool.

Mr. Wang is a certified management accountant. He received a master's degree in International Business Administration from University of science and technology of China. 

Mr. Qingxin Zhang serves as CTO of the company, he is responsible for product research strategy, R & D system construction, product platform and technical route formulation, project and engineering operation, R & D  headquarters and branch management.

Previously, Mr. Zhang served as middle and senior manager of Chervon group, Ruiji International Group, AOSMITH (China) water heater Co., Ltd., Oupu Lighting Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Beijing University of information technology.

Mr. Liusen Gu serves as CPO of the company, he is responsible for the company's supply chain strategic management, supply chain system construction, procurement management, supplier management, production planning, material control.

Previously, Mr. Gu served as a manager in many large private companies.

Mr. Gu has more than 20 years of supply chain management experience, his major is polymer chemistrye, and received ITC registered purchasing engineer, CPPM registered professional purchasing manager.
